Vic Franklin raced this event solo. A classic race that has been going on for decades. Vic raced the road race and time trial finishing 24th in the road race and completed the time trial in 15:01, just one second off his goal. Sunday in the criterium, Vic took a prime and was in the lead for a time. He finished 14th in the crit and 8th overall in the omnium.
