Snowball Criterium #2, Virginia Beach, Virginia, March 9th

Elliott and Dave improved in their second criterium of the season. No wins but Elliott went out with the breakaway and finished 6th. It wasn't the coldest day we've ever raced, but it was probably the coldest for the year.
